Usage data: alerts delivered, settings updated, and basic activity logs for service improvement.

We do not collect payment card data directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To send you daily AI-curated federal contracting alerts matching your industry preferences.
To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
To improve the accuracy and relevance of our matching algorithm.
To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts).
To respond to support requests you initiate.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering and improving the FedAlert AI service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States, including:

Amazon DynamoDB — for user profiles and alert history.
Amazon Cognito — for authentication and identity management.
Amazon SES — for email delivery.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized systems only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: AWS (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI processing) — solely to operate the service.
Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights.

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Update or correct your information from your account settings.
Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
Unsubscribe from alert emails at any time via the link in any email or your dashboard settings.
