Terms of Service

Effective date: April 1, 2026

1. The Service

FedAlert AI (“the Service”) is operated by FedAlert AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

FedAlert AI monitors federal contracting opportunities published on SAM.gov — the official U.S. government System for Award Management — and delivers AI-curated daily alerts to registered users based on their industry preferences.

FedAlert AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. federal government. Opportunity data originates from SAM.gov, a public government database.

2. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • Up to 3 alert emails per week.
  • Opportunities published within the last 14 days only.
  • Basic AI matching based on your NAICS codes.

Pro Plan ($29/month)

  • Daily alerts with up to 5 opportunities per email.
  • Full access to all current opportunities on SAM.gov.
  • Priority AI scoring and set-aside type filtering.
  • Multi-NAICS code support (up to 20 codes).

We reserve the right to adjust plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3. Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

Opportunity data is sourced from SAM.gov, a public database maintained by the U.S. General Services Administration. We strive to present this data accurately, but we do not guarantee:

  • The completeness or timeliness of opportunities displayed.
  • The accuracy of AI relevance scores.
  • That any opportunity matches your specific eligibility requirements.

Always verify opportunity details directly on SAM.gov before submitting any proposal or bid.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the Service to scrape, copy, or redistribute alert data at scale.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FedAlert AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Missed contracting opportunities.
  • Decisions made based on alert content.
  • Service interruptions or data inaccuracies.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
